MORRIS FAMILY FOUNDATION
Earl W. Morris established the Morris Family Foundation in 1997
to honor his family’s hard work and to help others’ less fortunate.
A major focus of the Foundation's Mission
is to provide scholarships to financial needy high school students graduating from
Jackson County school districts [specifically Butte Falls No. 91,
Central Point No. 6, Eagle Point No. 9 and Rogue River No. 35]
who are enrolled in technical vocational education [1 or 2 year certification programs]
from an approved and accredited school.
Scholarships are available with maximum annual amount of $1,500 per student. This funds are distributed in increments of $500 for each three terms. Students must maintain a 2.5 GPA and be enrolled 6 credits per term or as otherwise specified by the Morris Family Foundation to remain eligible for scholarship funds.
